People & Operations Coordinator
As the People & Operations Coordinator, you are the beating heart of our office. You ensure everything runs smoothly, from welcoming clients to supporting HR processes and day-to-day office operations. You are the connecting factor who contributes to a positive work environment where everyone feels welcome.
What will you do?
- You are the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and other visitors to our office. With your warm and professional demeanor, you leave an excellent first impression.
- Managing the general phone line and inbox, ensuring that questions and requests are directed to the right person.
Office Management:
- Creating and maintaining a pleasant and well-organized work environment, including inventory management, facility coordination, and supplier contact.
- Coordinating office activities such as meetings, lunches, and team events.
- Handling small administrative tasks, such as managing schedules and supporting the team where needed.
Maintaining atmosphere and culture:
- You play an active role in strengthening our positive and inclusive work culture. You organize activities, surprise colleagues with small gestures, and ensure an energetic and pleasant atmosphere.
- If you sense something is going on, you address it tactfully and take action.
- You are a point of contact for colleagues and provide a listening ear when needed.
HR Support:
- Handling administrative HR tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing contracts, and managing leave registrations.
- Supporting the recruitment and selection of new colleagues, including scheduling interviews and maintaining contact with candidates.
- Contributing to a warm onboarding process to ensure new employees feel at home right away.
Administrative Tasks:
- Managing invoices, expense claims, and other practical administrative matters.
- Keeping systems and processes up to date to ensure everything runs smoothly.
