Studio Beng Beng is seeking a driven and experienced Medior/Senior Project Manager to lead diverse projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Client management and effective communication are crucial to ensuring successful project outcomes and fostering long-term client relationships.

What you will be doing, among other things:

Lead projects from scoping and planning through execution and delivery.
Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, and progress reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while addressing risks and issues.
Manage project resources, including internal teams, external vendors, and contractors.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle, proactively identifying and resolving risks and issues.
Ensure all client communications are clear, professional, and reflect high standards of customer service.
